Returns Policy


All of our products are checked for quality before dispatch and while we do try our best to ensure that the products are delivered to you in perfect condition, the product may be damaged during transit. If this happens, please send us an email at ( within 14 days, along with your order number, full name and an image of the damaged product(s) for us to help you promptly.

Once approved, we will then give you options to choose from the following:

  • If you would like to proceed with a refund, depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 3-7 business days after your credit is applied for it to be posted to your account.
  • If you would like the same products, let us know in your email and we will arrange a return label to send us back the damaged product(s).

* NOTE: For defects in the product, the return delivery fee is free, and for simple changes or order mistakes, the return delivery fee is at the buyer's expense. Transportation and handling charges are not refundable if at buyer's expense..



If you simply change your mind or make the wrong choice, the shipping fee will not be refunded and you will also have to pay for the return delivery fee. If there is no defect in the product after inspection, we will refund the amount excluding the shipping fee, so please choose carefully.

Australia Our shipping fees are fixed nationally, except in the case of rural orders. The fees are as follows:

Your order will be delivered in 1-5 business days, depending on where you are located. While we make our best efforts, we can not guarantee overnight delivery if there are delays with Courier Post. It may also take a little longer for addresses in rural areas.

We will process your order as soon as possible within standard business hours. Please note that stated delivery time is estimated for within business hours, and does not include any time for processing your order. We will email you a confirmation once your order has been shipped, which will include a link to your tracking page.

When checking out please supply us with a physical address, such as a workplace, where there will be someone present to sign for your item between the delivery hours of 9am - 5pm weekdays.

All stock is located in our Auckland(Newington) warehouse. All orders are bubble wrapped for protection.

We are unable to arrange weekend delivery. All shipping and processing times listed on our website are
in business days. (Monday-Friday, Excluding all national holidays)


Import duties, taxes charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. All items will be marked as gift under $15 on the customs declaration. But these charges are the buyer's responsibility.



If you want to receive shipped goods via a shipping agency, the shipped products can be discarded or rejected depending on the policy of the shipping agency. Therefore, be sure customers enter the actual address where they are currently living , and it is not our responsibility for any problems that occur in the shipping agent shipments.
